Welcome to RelistHQ. By installing and using our Chrome extension, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using RelistHQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree to these Terms, do not use the extension.

2. Description of Service

RelistHQ is a Chrome browser extension that helps Mercari sellers relist their items more efficiently. The extension automates the process of copying listing data and creating new listings on Mercari.com.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use RelistHQ only with your own Mercari account
• Comply with Mercari's Terms of Service
• Use the extension responsibly and not abuse the automation features
• Not use the extension for any illegal purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the extension

4. Mercari Platform

RelistHQ is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mercari. You acknowledge that:

• Mercari may change their platform at any time, which may affect RelistHQ's functionality
• You are responsible for complying with Mercari's Terms of Service
• RelistHQ is not responsible for any actions taken by Mercari regarding your account

5. Free and Pro Plans

Free Plan: Includes 5 relists per day at no cost. This limit resets daily at midnight.

Pro Plan: $15/month for unlimited relists. Payment is processed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time, and your Pro access will continue until the end of your billing period.

6. Refunds

If you're unsatisfied with the Pro plan, contact us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are provided at our discretion.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

RelistHQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The extension will work without interruption or errors
• The extension will be compatible with future versions of Chrome or Mercari
• All features will work in all situations

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RelistHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data
• Actions taken by Mercari against your account
• Any other damages arising from your use of the extension

9. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue RelistHQ at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to RelistHQ at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the extension ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
