RelistHQ ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our Chrome extension handles information.

Summary

RelistHQ runs entirely in your browser. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data or Mercari listing information to external servers.

Information We Don't Collect

RelistHQ does NOT collect:

• Your Mercari account credentials
• Your listing data (titles, descriptions, prices, photos)
• Your personal information
• Your browsing history
• Any data outside of Mercari.com

How the Extension Works

RelistHQ operates entirely within your browser:

• Local processing: All listing data is scraped, processed, and filled locally in your browser session
• No external servers: Your data never leaves your computer
• No accounts required: The free tier works without any signup
• Temporary storage: Listing data is stored temporarily in Chrome's local storage during the relist process and cleared afterward

Data Stored Locally

The extension stores the following data locally in your browser (using Chrome's storage API):

• Usage count: Number of relists performed today (for free tier limits)
• Preferences: Your extension settings
• Temporary listing data: During the relist process only

This data never leaves your browser and can be cleared by removing the extension.

Pro Subscription

If you upgrade to Pro:

• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• We store only your email address and subscription status
• We do not have access to your payment card details

Permissions

RelistHQ requests the following Chrome permissions:

• mercari.com access: To add the Relist buttons and automate the listing process
• storage: To save your usage count and preferences locally
• activeTab: To interact with the current Mercari page

Third-Party Services

The extension interacts only with:

• Mercari.com: To perform the relisting actions you initiate
• Stripe: For Pro subscription payments (if applicable)

Children's Privacy

RelistHQ is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
